SplitLogiX Process Experts
About SplitLogiX
Built on experience and focused on execution
SplitLogiX brings together experienced people across operations, business process design, systems, data, and technology. We founded the company to close the recurring gap between what a business intends to do and what its people, processes, and systems can execute in practice.
Our team understands the operation, designs the process, aligns people and roles, selects and configures technology, and stays close enough to implementation to make the change work.
A team with a shared history
Before SplitLogiX had a name, many of our people had already spent more than a decade working together across operations, business process design, ERP and WMS implementation, and transformation programs. That shared history gave us a practical delivery discipline and a clear view of where complex initiatives tend to break down.
SplitLogiX became an independent company on May 1, 2025. We carried forward the team, intellectual property, client relationships, and experience built through years of delivery, then expanded our capabilities in process orchestration, cloud ERP, data, and AI.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with an office in Johannesburg, South Africa, SplitLogiX operates as one team across regions. Our structure allows clients to work directly with senior people who understand both the business decision and the operational detail required to implement it.

Closing the gap between intent and execution
Across warehouse, supply chain, and transformation work, we repeatedly saw capable organizations encounter the same execution problems:
Strategies vs Execution
Strong strategies that could not be translated into consistent daily execution.
Disconnected Tech
Technology configured without a complete understanding of real operations.
Siloed Responsibilities
Teams working across disconnected processes, systems, and responsibilities.
Visibility Gaps
Critical gaps becoming visible only during testing or at go-live.
These failures often traced back to poor alignment between People, Processes, and Technology.

Making operations executable
Every engagement follows the same practical logic through five connected decisions:
Understand the operation & outcomes.
Design processes and decisions.
Align people, roles, and training.
Select & configure technology.
Enable execution & stabilization.
Our People
Experienced people who make operations executable
Clients work directly with people who can move between executive objectives, process detail, system behavior, and floor-level execution. Our team combines hands-on warehouse and supply chain leadership with business process modeling, ERP and WMS implementation, systems integration, data, and AI.
